Return and Refund Policy

 Return and Refund Policy.

•  Returns are for a store credit. 99% of our gifts are  custom made. Items are made when ordered and are not regularly stocked. Personalized items that are returned will only be returned at 50% the store credit.  
• 15 days unused and in original packaging Pending item has been received at our facility. 
• Reason for Return (e.g. damaged or wrong product, and any images you can attach) We will attempt to fix or replace any unsatisfactory items before processing a return. 
• Process for return: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Process of refund are as follows:  send the details of your return to thecuriocabinet2023@gmail.com. Then, return the product in new condition with original packaging to the below address for a store credit. Pleas initiate the return email before mailing the items and wait for further instructions as there are some items you may not be required to return and this will be determined through the proper return correspondence.
